Keep play in control

Gambling should be entertainment, never a way to make money. Decide how much time and money you can afford before you play. Do not chase losses, borrow to gamble or use money needed for everyday costs.

Our account tools help you manage spending, time and access. You can use them at any point, not only when gambling has become difficult.

Limits and reminders

Set a Deposit Limit for a daily, weekly or monthly period. A lower limit applies immediately. If you increase a limit, you must confirm the change after a 24-hour wait before it takes effect.

We may place a Loss Limit on your account. You can view your current position and the amount still available to deposit. You may also request a maximum loss limit across your Entain Group accounts through our Player Advisory Team.

Reality Check gives reminders while you play. A Curfew can restrict access at selected times, while Max Stake Limit controls the amount staked. My Hub lets you review spending, wins and losses, and deposits against withdrawals.

Breaks and self-exclusion

Use a Play Break or Time Out when you want to step away temporarily. For a stronger block, choose self-exclusion. The minimum period is six months.

You can exclude yourself from Foxy alone or ask for the exclusion to cover all Entain Group gambling accounts. If you do not request the wider option, we apply it only to Foxy. An excluded account cannot be reopened before the chosen period ends. A return request after expiry has a further 24-hour cooling-off period.

GAMSTOP is a separate free service for UK residents. It can prevent access to participating Great Britain-licensed gambling businesses for six months, one year or five years. Do not try to open another account, use someone else's account or work around any active exclusion.

Protecting under-18s

Foxy is only for adults aged 18 or over. We close an account if we discover that its holder is under 18 and may notify the relevant authorities. Parents and carers can use parental-control software to help block access to gambling services.
